Current Online Delivery Policy

● Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for products across all regions in Bangladesh.
● Delivery/courier charges apply for all online orders.
● Deliveries outside Dhaka city will be handled by courier services, and the full courier charge must be borne by the customer.
● Delivery may take 5 to 10 days or more, depending on the order.
● Customers must complete payment within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation SMS. Delayed payment may result in stock unavailability or price changes.
● If the ordered item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund with the customer's consent.
● Due to COVID-19 precautions, deliveries inside buildings or directly to apartment units are temporarily suspended. Customers must collect their orders from the main gate of their building.
